Grok is your Dungeon Master. Bring friends โ AI fills the empty seats.
Everyone plays on this device, AI companions fill the rest. Talk is free-for-all; fights follow initiative order.
A preset keeps the party, premise, lore and maps from before the first DM turn. Each new run gets its own code and a brand-new story.
Only needed when the host locks paid AI (Grok DM, voices, art). Free local play never asks for it.
Keys stay on this machine, in .env. They are never shown back to the browser and never leave this server โ only you, sitting here, can see or change them. Leave a box blank to keep the current key; clear a saved key with the โ.
Your saved campaigns and presets belong to this browser. There is no account and no password: the key below is your identity, and only you ever see it. Paste it into another browser to take your campaigns with you โ and keep a copy somewhere safe, because clearing site data loses the claim on them.
Waiting for the host to startโฆ
Off = quiet until you press ๐ on a message. Already-generated lines replay free.
Pick a voice per character โ "auto" chooses the most natural voice your browser has. Tip: Microsoft Edge ships the best free "Natural" voices.
๐ค next to the message box types what you say โ you still press โค to send, so you can fix it first. Ctrl+M starts and stops.
Your browser handles the speech. In Chrome and Edge that means the audio is sent to Google for recognition; Safari may process it on your device.
Adventure
The DM hands it out for how you play, never for succeeding โ acting true to your character when it costs you, solving something cleverly, or making the session better for everyone. Asking for it doesn't work. You can only hold one, so spend it: it buys advantage on a check or save.
Import only material you own or have the right to use.
Imported maps replace generated scenes โ the DM picks them by name; click one to show it immediately. Lore is treated as story canon.
You're playing a beta, and the most useful thing you can send us is the moment it stopped being fun. Anything counts: a bug, a rule the DM got wrong, a scene that made no sense, or just "we stopped here becauseโฆ".
Sent with it: your campaign's settings, token and credit totals, the last error, and the last few lines of the transcript โ so we can see what the DM actually said. Nothing else leaves this machine.
Autosaves after every DM turn. Resume from the home screen with your lobby code.
